Below are highlights from the successful conclusion of the Board of Tax Appeals’ (BoTA) Validation Workshop on its Draft Five-Year Strategic Plan (2026–2030), held yesterday in the Conference Room of our new headquarters on Redemption Road, Monrovia.‎‎

The workshop brought together representatives from key stakeholder institutions, including the Civil Service Agency (CSA), the Tax Practitioners Association of Liberia (TPAL), the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP), civil society organizations, taxpayers, tax practitioners, tax consultants, members of the Fourth Estate, and other valued stakeholders.‎‎

The validation exercise provided an important platform for participants to review, provide input, and strengthen the strategic direction of the Board as it continues to enhance institutional capacity, improve service delivery, and promote transparency and accountability.
